Eucharistic Ministers - distribute the Eucharist at liturgies, special services, communion at nursing homes and home-bound
 -  high school and older attend an initial training session (1 hour) and then a once or twice a year group meeting (1 hour)         
 -  be committed to ministering at your selected Mass  when scheduled - ministering at other times is voluntary
